Team Work!

Team work!
What’s a team work?
Oxford dictionary says; ‘the combined action of a group, especially when effective and efficient’.
Why do we need a team work? Or why do we even need a ‘team’?!
A sociologist or an anthropologist or an ecologist would say human are social animals by nature, that live in a group of several animals of same species under interdependence… in which the key of an individual’s survival depends on the depth and wideness of connection that he has with others in the group; hence we perceive the importance of a team.
Even if we don’t know all these things; we know the importance of a team work; say in a cricket team.
There are strictly eleven members including the captain, two umpires and two scorers in a cricket team.
There is certain equipment to be used in it; you can’t play cricket with tennis ball!
A collection of rules regarding scoring and winnings…
In brief there are 42 WRITTEN LAWS for the sport cricket!!!...
All the team members will be TRAINED under these laws; for the team to WIN.
If someone disobeys any of the laws; even if it is a single person he will be ‘corrected’. If he repeats it again and again he will be expelled. We know he must be expelled for ‘our’ team to win. If there is any insubordinate in our national team we the society will force the team to expel him, because we don’t want to lose the game because of that person…

Doubter:I had a doubt!
Can the society be called as a team?
Are there similar laws?
Are these laws being obeyed?
If NO; why???  Is it because of the lack of proper training? (Who are the trainer and trainee????)
If YES; is that the secret behind the victory of any society?

“Colleagues; will you answer the doubter?”
